Just a Touch - Minimum of 6 Guests $50 per person (2 Hours)
Manicure - Mini manicure / waterless express manicure that includes nail shaping, massage and polish.
Chair Massage - Head, back and shoulder massage

Get Polished - Minimum of 4 Guests $90 per person
Manicure/Pedicure- Includes aromatherapy softening and conditioning soak, Nail shaping and precise cuticle care.

Here Comes the Bride- Minimum of 4 guests (including bride) $100 per person
French manicure with smoothing exfoliating scrub.
30 min. Signature massage.
45 min. Bride Bliss massage for the bride.

Chat and Relax - Minimum of 4 Guests $135 per person
30 min. Signature Massage.
Manicure with scrub and pressure point massage.
Pedicure with polish or natural buff.

Queen for a Day- Minimum of 4 Guests $190 per person
Manicure with scrub and a relaxing massage.

Policies

Spa Party Treatments will begin promptly at the time indicated above. Please advise all guests that the party will begin promptly at the scheduled time. All activities are carefully planned and any person that arrives late may join the activity which is currently taking place. This is necessary to insure the least amount of disruption to the party. Understanding this policy is appreciated.
A party is not booked until a deposit is given to Spa Coordinator. Once you have paid the deposit, your party is officially booked.

$35.00 fee for any returned check.
Remaining Balance can only be cash.
The remaining balance will have to be paid on or before party date.
Due to allergies to guest and hostess please refrain from having any animals in the area we are hosting the event.
**Please call 2 days before the party (noon time) to confirm number of girls attending** or we will have to use the headcount you have given us already when we arranged the party date.

Party Contract:
Security Deposit &Gratuity: We request at least a $100.00 deposit to hold your date and begin preparations for your party. Some of our larger packages require a different deposit. The deposit will be discussed with you prior to booking your party. Also, larger groups require a different amount of deposit. Each party has its individual needs, so therefore we will surely discuss it with you prior to booking you party. Deposit may be paid by check. There will be a $35.00 fee for any returned check. Also, balance must be paid in cash only, before or on the day of the party upon arrival, the down payment will be subtracted from your party total. 15% gratuity is not included and will be added to all party packages. Deposit is non-refundable. 

TRAVEL:

Party packages include roundtrip travel within a 10 mile radius from Branson, Missouri. A fee of $.85 per mile is charged for travel beyond the 10-mile zone (round trip). This charge is necessary to cover the extra gas, time and vehicle wear and tear. Mileage is determined via our GPS. But we always try our best to drive the shortest distance possible on our GPS. We give you a quote when you sign up for your package.

Day of Party:
We will arrive up to one hour before the party is scheduled to set up everything for the party.
Reservations:
Parties may be scheduled up to 6-12 weeks in advance of your desired party date. We book very quickly!! Please note your deposit confirms and secures your party reservation. The balance is due the day of your event upon arrival of our staff.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds:
We strive our best to work with you when rescheduling occurs’, however, it is based on availability. We must receive one week notice to reschedule your party. If you need to cancel your party for any reason we cannot refund your deposit, as we begin preparations for your party immediately upon booking your slot. We will gladly try to accommodate you to reschedule your party within 90 days from original party date.
We do not offer refunds or credits for guests who do not show up on the day of the party. Your deposit will be applied towards the cost of the new scheduled party which must be held within 90 days of the original party. If you choose to cancel your party for whatever reason, a refund will not be issued.
We will gladly work with you on choosing an alternative date based on availability within 90 days of original party. There will be a $25.00 charge for a date-change request by the client. In cases of bad weather, serious illness or other unforeseen emergencies, City Spatique reserves the right to reschedule your party.
RSVP Confirmation:
You will need to confirm your final guest count with City Spatique 2 days before the party date. We will need to have the final count 2 days before the party around noon time. This will be the confirmation number City Spatique will use to plan your party, and you will be charged accordingly. Once you have given a final head count 2 days before the party (noon time), you can only add additional person if needed to at the time of your confirmation. You cannot delete any guests from the final head count you give us, because our staff prepares everything for the number you have already given. If you do not contact us 2 days before the party, then we will have to go by the headcount that you provided us with when you booked the party.
Guest Attendance:
Some guests may not show up even if they RSVP. Please remember you will be charged for the final guest count you confirmed prior to the party, regardless if a child does not show up, because we use this head count to make preparations for your event. Parties over 8 guests will have an additional cost of $15.00 per guest, depending on the party package you chose.

We always request a final headcount 2 days before your party date. Sometimes you have more guests than you expected because not everyone does a good job of responding to your RSVP's.

Liability:
City Spatique, its owners, affiliates, and employees assume no responsibility or liability for accidents that may occur while on your premises, or any premise that you rent or borrow for us to host your party. We assume no responsibility for allergies relating to food items, clothing, make-up, injuries to party guests, or property damage that occur before, during or after the party. As professional event planners, we can assure you we will provide a safe environment for you and your guests and will treat your home or place of chosen venue with great quality, care and respect.  All liability will lie strictly with the client.
Photos/Video:
We always encourage clients to take as many photos and recorded videos as possible. All our photos or video taken by our Company are the sole ownership of City Spatique and we may use them for promotional purposes on our website, print ads or publications. We always respect our client’s privacy and for this reason, your personal information will not be disclosed to third-parties.

Cancellations and Refunds -
If you must cancel your party request for any reason, the following refund policy applies:  

If notified within 7 business days prior to your party date, we will be happy to apply your $100 deposit to another date, however, the deposit is non-refundable.
